These Terms and Conditions apply to the sale of digital products (eBooks) through this website.

1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases of digital products made through this website.
Only digital content (eBooks) is sold. No physical goods are delivered.

3. Subject of the Contract

The subject of this contract is the sale of a digital product (eBook) provided in electronic form (PDF or similar format).

After successful payment, the digital product will be made available for download immediately.

4. Conclusion of Contract

The contract is concluded when the customer completes the checkout process and the payment is successfully processed.

By clicking the purchase button, the customer submits a binding offer to purchase the digital product.

5. Prices and Payment

All prices displayed are final prices.

Due to the application of the small business regulation under Austrian law (if applicable), no VAT is shown (§ 6(1)(27) UStG).

Payment is processed via the payment methods offered at checkout (e.g. PayPal, Stripe).

6. Delivery of Digital Content

Delivery takes place exclusively in digital form.

After successful payment, the eBook will be available for download immediately via the website and/or via email.

7. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers generally have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days.

However, for digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium, the right of withdrawal expires once the download has begun, provided that:

  • the consumer has expressly consented to the commencement of the download, and

  • the consumer has acknowledged that they lose their right of withdrawal.

By completing the purchase, the customer expressly agrees to this condition.

8. License and Usage Rights

The purchased eBook is licensed for personal use only.

The customer is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the digital content for personal purposes.

Any reproduction, distribution, resale, or commercial use without prior written consent is prohibited.

9. Liability

The seller is liable only for intent and gross negligence.

No liability is assumed for damages resulting from improper use of the digital content.

Mandatory statutory liability provisions remain unaffected.

10. Availability of the Product

The seller endeavors to ensure uninterrupted access to the digital product.

Temporary restrictions due to technical issues or maintenance may occur and do not constitute a defect.

11. Data Protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on this website.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Austria, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.

The place of jurisdiction is Austria, provided this is legally permissible.

13. Final Provisions

If individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions are invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain unaffected.
