These Terms and Conditions apply to the sale of digital products and personalised services through this website.

1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made through this website.

Products offered include:

  • digital content (eBooks), and

  • personalised services (such as conceptual portfolio reviews).

No physical goods are delivered.

3. Subject of the Contract

The subject of the contract may be either:

a) Digital Products

Digital products are provided in electronic form (e.g. EPUB eBooks).
After successful payment, the digital product will be made available for download.

b) Personalised Services

Personalised services include services such as conceptual portfolio reviews.

These services are provided individually based on communication with the customer and the material submitted by the customer.

4. Conclusion of Contract

The contract is concluded when the customer completes the checkout process and the payment is successfully processed.

By clicking the purchase button, the customer submits a binding offer to purchase the selected product or service.

5. Prices and Payment

All prices displayed on the website are final prices.

No VAT is charged in accordance with the Austrian small business regulation (§ 6(1)(27) UStG).

Payment is processed via the payment methods offered at checkout (e.g. PayPal or Stripe).

6. Delivery of Digital Products and Services

Digital Products

Digital products are delivered exclusively in digital form.

After successful payment, the eBook will be available for download immediately via the website and/or via email.

Personalised Services

Personalised services (such as portfolio reviews) are delivered individually.

After purchase, the customer will be contacted by email to discuss the details and the next steps of the service.

7. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers generally have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days.

Digital Products

For digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium, the right of withdrawal expires once the download has begun, provided that:

  • the consumer has expressly consented to the commencement of the download, and

  • the consumer has acknowledged that they lose their right of withdrawal.

By completing the purchase, the customer expressly agrees to this condition.

Personalised Services

For personalised services, the right of withdrawal expires once the service has been fully provided.

If the customer expressly requests that the service begins before the end of the withdrawal period, the right of withdrawal expires once the service has been completed.

8. License and Usage Rights (Digital Products)

The purchased eBook is licensed for personal use only.

The customer is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the digital content for personal purposes.

Any reproduction, distribution, resale, or commercial use without prior written consent is prohibited.

9. Submitted Material (Portfolio Reviews)

For personalised services such as portfolio reviews, the customer may submit photographs or other material.

The customer confirms that they hold the necessary rights to the submitted material.

The seller does not claim ownership of the submitted material and will use it solely for the purpose of providing the purchased service.

10. Nature of the Service

Portfolio reviews represent an independent professional and artistic assessment of the submitted work.

No specific artistic, professional, or commercial outcome can be guaranteed.

11. Liability

The seller is liable only for intent and gross negligence.

No liability is assumed for damages resulting from improper use of the digital content or misinterpretation of feedback provided in personalised services.

Mandatory statutory liability provisions remain unaffected.

12. Availability of the Website and Products

The seller endeavors to ensure uninterrupted access to the website and digital products.

Temporary restrictions due to technical issues, maintenance, or circumstances beyond control may occur and do not constitute a defect.

13. Data Protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on this website.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Austria, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.

The place of jurisdiction is Austria, provided this is legally permissible.

15. Final Provisions

If individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions are invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain unaffected.
